Character Collages Early in the writing process, Tera makes collages for her main and secondary characters. She'll talk about how to create these collages and how they help her develop her characters.
Writing YA? Why Not! A crash course in what it means to write for teens (aka young adults). This workshop is primarly geared toward writers seeking publication.
Social Networking for Writers For anyone who's lost among the social media, this topic is for anyone who wants to use to the internet to promote their books.
In Person Visits
Honorarium
Includes up to four presentations per day.- Local: (Oklahoma City) rates are negotiable
- Other Oklahoma: $500 per day plus expenses
- Out of State: $750 per day plus expenses
- Conferences/Workshops: rates are negotiable
Book Sales
Tera does not sell her own books, but they can be ordered from her publishers at a discount. Coordinating with a local independent bookstores can also be a great way to offer her books for sale at an event.
Virtual Visits
If you can't bring Tera in for an in person visit, maybe you can invite her for a virtual visit. Tera is happy to chat with individual classes, book clubs, or writer groups via Skype.

Preparation
Be sure to download the Skype software ahead of time and do a practice session. This helps make sure everything goes smoothly with the technology on visit day.

Even though Tera can't sign books virtually, she will send bookplates for anyone participating in the video chat. She'll even include bookmarks and other freebies.
